Crying Comfort Trembling feeling comes
heart clenches, breath comes in gasps
it hurts, and why I don't know
slowly the tears spill over the rim
fast down the cheeks,
dropping on my shirt
it leaves marks upon my soul
stupid and foolish is all I've ever been
it's all I'll ever be
I don't know why I tried to fool myself
I suppose I should thank you
now I know, the greatest comfort
is the salty tears that stain me
I love you lash out and hear me scream
with stupid words I don't mean
stupid senseless hurtful words
It's just me protecting myself

I'll scream and scream
I'm trying to run away
forgive me of my mistakes,
though I'm afraid I've made to many

I know I'm weak, I know I'm not her
I'm just not the way I need to be
A little less fat, a little more pretty
add a dash of money, take away anger

I'm so sorry for my words
hurtful and stinging
I just don't know how to say
what you need to hear me say

say this and say that
a simple word or two,
I'm waiting for three
but maybe, you are too

Hows this for lashing out?
Let me scream it, til I bleed
Window Bird I sat there looking outside the glass
There he sat, thinking once again to pass
My window freshly cleaned, shiny and clear
He stretched his wings, I heard his friends cheer

He jumped from the branch, and flew!
The dumb pigeon, a bird without any clue
Straight forward he flew, as though to attack
Faster, sharp and true, oh no, stop before you- SMACK!

I winced, and watched him slide down
Just shook my head, on my lips a small frown
I had began to count, all the times I heard him
Truthfully I tell you, I'm starting to think him very dim

Or perhaps he just hates me, persistent
Times like this, I'm glad the glass is resistant
He flu

this is the heartbreak i have this i made when i just couldn't take it anymore (it took about and 30 min or an hour) its a collage of words and pictures that lead up to my break up and what happened and what is happening

That's good, it does get better. I completely cut this person out of my life after off and on for 6 years. Now I'm with someone that is wonderful, and I'm engaged. Good luck
